Celebrating Inclusion at the 10th Annual Papillion Kids Triathlon
We’re thrilled to announce that Philomena’s Phoundation is partnering with the 10th Annual Papillion Kids Triathlon! This milestone year brings extra meaning, as $5 from every registration will be donated directly to the Phoundation, supporting our mission to create more inclusive opportunities for kids of all abilities.
For the first time ever, children with disabilities will be welcomed to participate, marking a powerful step forward in making this beloved community event truly open to every child.
In the competitive 12–14 year old division, the top 3 boys and top 3 girls will receive special commemorative medals presented by Philomena’s Phoundation, honoring their strength, spirit, and sportsmanship.

In loving memory of Philomena “Mena,” Laura’s Famous Eggrolls has created a brand-new, one-of-a-kind treat: The Mena Roll.
Inspired by Mena’s favorite food—pizza—this delicious creation wraps pepperoni pizza goodness inside Laura’s signature crispy eggroll shell, served with a side of marinara for dipping. It’s comfort food with a cause.
Lovingly crafted by Mena’s grandmother Laura and her dad, the Mena Roll is more than just a snack—it’s a celebration of her joyful spirit, her favorite flavors, and the love that lives on through family and food.
And even better? $1 from every Mena Roll sold will be donated to Philomena’s Phoundation, helping us bring inclusion, awareness, and support to kids and families everywhere.
